This website is owned and operated by David Brooks, the brother who was the webmaster of the secular-funk website BROOKSYNTELECHY from February 1998 to October 2008.  Bro. Brookenstein is a native of Philadelphia, PA (and currently resides in Philly).  His home church is First Church of Love, Faith & Deliverance, located at 3101 Ridge Avenue (at 31st Street) in Philly.
